Fujian Fazhan Group, which was founded in 1994 and transformed into a limited liability company in 2002 ,was formally organized in 2009. The Company possesses the qualification certificates for construction including grade I general contracting qualification for municipal public works approved by Ministry of Construction, grade I general contracting qualification for housing projects, grade I specialized contracting qualification for foundations and foundational works, grade I specialized contracting qualification for steel structure works, class-one specialized contracting qualification for fire control facility engineering, grade I specialized contracting qualification for installation works of electromechanical equipment, grade I specialized contracting qualification for urban and road lighting engineering, grade I qualification for design and construction of building decoration engineering, grade III general contracting qualification for construction of railway engineering, grade III general contracting qualification for construction of power engineering and owns the construction capacity of undertaking the project with contract value of 1.6 billion Yuan each. In 2003, the green card for access to the international market —— ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification was obtained.

Fujian Fazhan Group’s headquarters locate at Fuguang Building, 58 Huqian Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou. Now the Company possesses over 1,500 employees and more than 500 of them are professionals with technical titles among whom 200 are with senior and middle titles and nearly 100 are grade I and grade II project managers.
